2019 France Women’s T20I quadrangular series concluded recently in Nantes, France. The tournament was played from 31st July to 3rd August and the national sides of France, Austria, Jersey and Norway participated in it. Each team played two matches each against the rest of the three.
Hosts France topped the points table with 10 points after winning five out of six games and emerged out to be the winner of the competition while Norway finished fourth with just one win from six matches. Jennifer King of France made unbeaten 46runs in the last match which remains the highest individual batting score of the series. Andrea-Mae Zepeda of Austria performed well with both bat and bowl taking seven wickets in six matches and making valuable contribution on a couple of occasions in batting too. With most of the games remaining low scoring, the scoreboard crossed the 100run mark only five times out of 24 batting innings of all the 12 matches.
