Energy drink brand Red Bull has released a short documentary on Red Bull athlete Smriti Mandhana. Smriti Mandhana, the southpaw is a well-known cricketer and has just returned India after playing in the recently concluded Women’s T20 World Cup in Australia.
Smriti Mandhana, the Vice-Captain of Indian Women’s T20 team has been a mainstay in the side, since her ODI and T20I debut in 2013.
The six minutes film ‘A day in the life of Smriti Mandhana’ provides an interesting insight into the 23-year-old opener’s daily routine.
While capturing the sporting aspect that makes Smriti a power to reckon with in women’s cricket, the film also touches her life with some personal questions like what she likes to eat and what would she avoid. And then the biggest of them all for a young pretty girl: “What kind of a boy you will prefer for yourself – a millionaire or simple guy with craze? Or, what’s her biggest fear?
Smriti also shares her cricketing journey ever since she first took to the field as a five-year-old with her cricketer brother.
