Nonetheless, she is an experienced campaigner and can be relied upon to step up with big knocks.

Nicola Hancock

The 29-year-old pacer has claimed as many wickets from 6 WNCL games this season so far, at an economy rate of 4.60. In the T20 fixtures, Nicola claimed 22 wickets from 17 outings and has also been handy with the bat on a few occasions. She returned bowling figures of 0/21 (5) and 1/38 (6) in her most recent outings, both WNCL games, and can be trusted for wickets.

Nicola Carey

The 31-year-old all-rounder in the 2024-25 WNCL has added 161 runs, at an average of 26.83, and taken 10 wickets, at an economy rate of 5.02, from 6 outings. In a recent T20 competition, from 12 outings, Nicola posted 228 runs, at a strike rate of 115.73, and took 12 wickets. She didn’t find much success in recent WNCL games but can be relied upon for improved efforts.

Maisy Gibson

The 28-year-old leg-spinner in the ongoing WNCL season has taken 10 wickets, at an economy rate of 4.26, from 6 outings, and recorded the best of 3/31. Though Maisy didn’t find much success this T20 season, in the WNCL games, she produced bowling figures of 3/31 and 1/43 in her recent outings. She’ll be counted on to continue in this form, producing breakthroughs.
