Jess’ last T20I dates back to October 2023; however, she has since had two successful franchise campaigns, and in her most recent one at The Hundred, she bagged 12 wickets from 8 outings and scored 176 runs at a strike rate of 130.37. Hayley has been equally successful in the WCPL, racking up 338 runs and taking 14 wickets from 9 outings, and kicked off this season with a mature 61* and 2/19 (3). The seasoned campaigner can be relied upon for all-round efforts.
Qiana Joseph
The 23-year-old all-rounder has not had much success in 11 T20Is; however, she has pushed her case for selection with successful WCPL and domestic stints. In the WCPL, Qiana has taken 5 wickets from 6 outings, at an economy rate of 5.65, and scored 65 runs, at a strike rate of 132.65, from 4 innings. In the 2024 season opener, she scored 24 runs and returned figures of 2/14 and will be backed to continue in this form.
