Katie, in her first summer outing, smashed an unbeaten 95 in the Women’s National Cricket League (WNCL) and had a similar start to this edition of the W-BBL, notching up an excellent 86, and has thus far maintained her momentum with subsequent scores of 3 and 48.

Danielle Gibson

The 22-year-old bowling all-rounder has made a strong impression in domestic cricket, particularly in The Hundred, amassing 300 runs and taking 12 wickets from 20 outings. In her W-BBL debut, Danielle Gibson was not called upon to bat or bowl. In the following game, she secured her maiden wicket, finishing with figures of 1/35 (4), and also chipped in with the bat by scoring 10 runs.

Bryony Smith

The 25-year-old all-rounder has grown in her role over the past few years, showcasing impressive performances in domestic cricket. She also excelled in The Hundred, accumulating 481 runs at a strike rate of 131.42 from 22 outings, in addition to scalping 18 wickets. While Bryony didn’t have an ideal start to her WBBL career with scores of 5 and 3, she will be backed to regain her form.

Shabnim Ismail

The 35-year-old pacer in 123 Twenty20 Internationals, bagged 123 wickets, including a couple of five-wicket hauls, and she maintained an economy rate of 5.77. In the WBBL, she has a strong history with 39 wickets from 44 games. Ismail kicked off her ongoing WBBL campaign with economical figures of 0/26 (4), and in the following game, she claimed her first wicket of the season.

Pitch:
