The right-arm speedster struck on the second ball of the innings.

Ellyse Perry:

The Sydney Sixers’ captain starred with the bat in her last completed game against Perth Scorchers. The right-handed top-order batter smacked an undefeated 69 off 58, including eight boundaries and a six. With the ball, she bowled two overs of right-arm medium-pace and gave away 13 runs.

Ashleigh Gardner:

The all-rounder was the only wicket-taker for Sydney Sixers in the last completed fixture that her team played against Perth Scorchers. The right-arm off-spinner scalped 19/1 in four overs and was the most economical bowler for her side. She is also known for her hard-hitting batting abilities.

It will be the tournament’s third match at the venue, with the second game being played early in the day. The first fixture was washed out due to rain. 11 overs were bowled, and the scoreboard read 64/1. Expect a full day of cricket with a relatively low chance of precipitation. However, the cloudy conditions could make the situation tricky. Bowlers will get assistance. On the other hand, the batters may have to fight out of their skin to post a big total.

The weather is expected to be mostly cloudy. The highest temperature attained during the day will be 21 degrees Celsius. There will be a 94 percent cloud cover and a 23 percent chance of rain. The wind will blow from the south.
