Madeline Penna: 

The right-handed middle-order batter of Adelaide Strikers top-scored for her team in her last fixture against Sydney Sixers. She scored a brisk 39 not out off just 25 balls, including four boundaries and a couple of sixes. Coming in to bat in the 13th over, she anchored the innings well and helped her side post a fighting total of 142 in 20 overs.

Darcie Brown: 

The right-arm speedster of Adelaide Strikers was one of the most successful bowlers for her team in her last outing against Sydney Sixers. She opened the bowling with Megan Schutt and scalped 17/3 in four overs. She struck in her first over, giving a perfect start to her team with the ball.

Shabnim Ismail: 

The South African pace sensation was the most economical bowler for Melbourne Renegades in her last appearance against Brisbane Heat. The right-arm seamer opened the bowling and picked up 23/1 in four overs. She bowled fast and hit the deck hard to get some purchase from the wicket.

Courtney Webb: 

The right-handed middle-order batter of Melbourne Renegades led the run chase from the front against Brisbane Heat in her last encounter. She muscled an undefeated 47 off 40, including seven hits to the fence. She came in to bat when her team was struggling at 15/3. She fought hard but failed to see her side home.

Pitch

It will be the tournament’s third match at the venue. The teams batting first have won both of the two games played here. The average first and second innings scores are 153 and 138, respectively. With a high chance of rain, the toss will be crucial. The captain winning the toss may look to field first.
