Amanda Wellington:
The leg spinner was the player of the match in her last outing against Brisbane Heat. She wrecked havoc with the ball picking up 5-8 in her four overs, including one maiden. She recorded the best figures in the history of WBBL. Adelaide Strikers will want their spinner to spin a web and entangle the opposition batters.

Katie Mack:
The right hand opening bat of Adelaide Strikers top-scored with 50 not out off 42 balls and led the run chase helping her side win by eight wickets against Brisbane Heat in the Eliminator match. She has recorded five half centuries in the tournament so far. She has mustered 476 runs in 13 innings and is the second leading run getter in the competition.
Harmanpreet Kaur:
ndia’s T20I captain became the first Indian player to win the player of the tournament in WBBL. She has made incredible contributions with both bat and ball. With 399 runs in 11 innings, she is among the top 10 batters in the competition. Apart from her batting, she was exceptional with the ball picking up 15 wickets in 12 innings.
Josphine Dooley:
The wicket-keeper bat was the top performer with the bat in her previous outing against Brisbane Heat. She mustered 35 runs off 27 balls, including five boundaries. Melbourne Renegades will want her to shoulder the batting responsibility in the middle order and provide them with quick runs towards the latter half of the innings.
Weather
The weather is expected to be mostly cloudy with an average temperature of around 14 degrees Celsius. There is just a 1% chance of precipitation with 90% cloud cover. The wind will blow from the south-southeast.
Pitch
Teams batting second have won all the seven matches that have played here at this venue in this tournament so far. Batting seems to be easy in the second half of the match. While for the bowlers, they will have to fight hard to outwit the batters. In the last match, spinners dominated the show. The wicket may be slower and may aid the spinners more than the seamers.
