Shweta Sehrawat (Vice Captain)
Shweta Sehrawat is an asset for any team she features in. She was good with the India U19 A team in the quadrangular series, even in the India U19s B team and in the India C team in the U19 Challenger Trophy and the Delhi U19 team. Having led India U19 to an admirable 5-0 win versus the New Zealand Development side, she was in scintillating form in the domestic Women’s U19 trophy where she raked up 180 runs in 6 innings at a strike rate of 129 and 474 runs in over 17 innings in the other 4 tournaments she featured in. Her returns with the bat in the recent outings have not been the best but she will look to turn that around in the upcoming World Cup.
