The captain of Bangladesh Women’s U19 won the player of the match award in her last outing against USA Women’s U19. The right-arm speedster opened the bowling with Marufa Akter and scalped 13/2 in four overs, including one maiden. She also mustered 10 off 17, batting at number six.
Shorna Akter:
The right-handed middle-order batter of Bangladesh Women’s U19 led the run chase from the front in her last game against USA Women’s U19. She muscled 22 off 14, hitting two boundaries and a six. She also rolled her arm over to bowl one over of leg spin and conceded four runs.
Miane Smit:
