Loryn Phiri
The 25-year-old off-spinner, averaging 11.00 and maintaining an economy rate of 4.78, has picked up 25 wickets from as many bowling innings, including the best of 5/6. Loryn, in the recently concluded Zimbabwe Cricket Women’s T20 Cup 2024, picked up 10 wickets from 9 outings, maintaining an economy rate of 6.21. She hasn’t bowled much in this series but can be counted on to deliver breakthroughs.
Esha Oza
The 26-year-old all-rounder, in WT20Is, from 82 outings, has racked up 2,183 runs at an average of 30.31 and a strike rate of 111.94, while also scalping 57 wickets from 66 innings, maintaining an economy rate of 4.84, with bests of 158* and 3/0. Extending her notable form, Esha has registered scores of 11 and 34, alongside returning figures of 0/6 and 1/14, and can be trusted for all-round efforts.
Vaishnave Mahesh
The 17-year-old leg-spinner, from 68 WT20I innings, has bagged 85 wickets at an average of 12.32, with an economy rate of 4.86, and the best of 4/10, while also being handy with the bat on a few occasions. Vaishnave had a quiet campaign in her recent tour; however, she is back to her clinical and effective best, producing figures of 1/13 and 2/23 in this series. She can be relied upon to lead the wickets tally.
