Players to watch out for

Suzie Bates: 

The right-handed opening batter of Oval Invincibles had a brilliant outing with the bat as she smashed 41 off 32, including three boundaries and a couple of sixes. She led the run chase from the front and guided her team to a five-wicket win against Trent Rockets. She also bagged the player of the match for her prolific batting.

Eva Gray: 

The right arm seamer from Oval Invincibles was the pick of the bowlers for her side in her last appearance against Trent Rockets. She claimed 16/2 in her full quota of 20 balls. Apart from being the most successful bowler, she was the most economical bowler, giving away just 0.8 runs per ball.

Sophie Molineux: 

The Australian all-rounder won the player of the match for Birmingham Phoenix in her last outing against Northern Superchargers. With the ball, the left arm spinner scalped 11/2 in her full set of 20 balls. She opened the bowling and was the most economical bowler for her side. With the bat, she scored 24 off 13, including two boundaries and a six.

Amy Jones:

The right-handed batter and wicket-keeper of Birmingham Phoenix starred with the bat in her last match against Northern Superchargers. Coming in at number three, she muscled 48 off 28, including nine boundaries. She guided her team to a fighting score of 153/4 at the end of the innings.

Pitch

This will be the third match of the tournament at this venue. The team batting first and the teams batting second have won one match each. The average first innings score is 148 and the average second innings score is 144. The wicket looks good for batting. A high scoring contest could be on the cards.
