Sune Luus:

The captain of South Africa top-scored for her side in the last match against India. The right-handed middle-order batter mustered 29 off 30, including three boundaries. She also rolled her arm over to bowl a couple of overs of leg spin and conceded 15 runs.

Nonkululeko Mlaba:

The wily left-arm spinner of South Africa opened the bowling with Marizanne Kapp in her last outing against India. She was the most successful bowler for her side, claiming 15/2 in three overs. Besides being the most successful bowler, she was the most economical one.

It will be the second game of the tournament at this venue. The last fixture saw 267 runs being scored. 15 wickets fell in the process. The wicket seems to be on the slower side, making it difficult for the batters to hit through the line. Spinners were more successful than their fast-bowling counterparts.

The weather is expected to be partly sunny and uncomfortably humid. The maximum temperature attained during the day will be 28 degrees Celsius. There will be a 67 percent cloud cover and an 11 percent chance of rain. The wind will blow from the east-northeast.
