Kavisha was in outstanding form in a tournament earlier this year but has struggled for runs in this campaign, while has been economical and amongst wickets. She can be relied upon for the goods.

Heena Hotchandhani

The 23-year-old left-arm off-spinner, averaging 9.70 and maintaining an economy rate of 4.15, has bagged 17 wickets from 15 T20Is, while also being handy with the bat. In this campaign, while Heena has registered scores of 18 and 32, and initially struggled with the ball, her most recent bowling figures read 2/10 (4). It’ll be hoped she capitalizes on this return to form.

Chamari Athapaththu

The 32-year-old all-rounder, in T20Is, from 127 outings has racked up 2834 runs, while from 72 bowling innings has taken 46 wickets, with bests being 113 and 3/14. Chamari has registered scores of 16, 59*, 24, and 4 in this tournament, while returning figures of 1/4 (0.2), 0/13 (3), 1/5 (3), and 3/14 (4). She will be counted on for all-round efforts.

Inoshi Fernando

The 37-year-old off-spinner, from 21 T20I innings, has claimed 25 wickets, including the best of 4/10, at an average of 14.32 and an economy rate of 5.65. Inoshi was in decent form in the lead-up to the competition and, capitalizing on it, has produced bowling figures of 0/2 (2), 3/14 (4), 3/11 (4), and 0/6 (3) in her 4 outings. It’ll be hoped she continues to lead the wickets tally.

Pitch:

The Zayed Cricket Stadium dishes a well-balanced wicket, one that pleases both batters and bowlers. The center strip offers enough assistance to spinners; as a result, the average score at the venue is around the 120s, indicating that it will not be a very high-scoring contest.
