Players to watch out:
Charli Knott
The 21-year-old Australian all-rounder in the ’23/24 domestic season amassed 328 runs at an average of 36.44 and scalped 12 wickets at an economy rate of 4.67 from 12 One Dayers. In her maiden stint in England, Charli has further impressed, registering consecutive scores of 41, 58*, and 40, while also returning figures of 2/35, 2/30, and 1/24. It’ll be hoped she extends this all-round run of form.
Charlie Dean
The 23-year-old all-rounder in One-Day Internationals (ODIs) has chipped in 276 runs from 20 innings, while also striking 52 wickets from 28 outings. Charlie was in good form with both bat and ball in the lead-up to the competition and, continuing her form, produced figures of 1/33 and 4/34, while also scoring 29 in her 2 games during the ’24 RHFT games. She can be counted on for all-round efforts.
Katie Mack
The 30-year-old Australian top-order batter, with an average of 47.10, racked up 471 runs from 12 games in the ’23/24 domestic season. Katie kicked off her RHFT stint with a 19 but followed up with a 110-ball 100 and a 28 in her most recent innings. Time and again she has notched up big scores, but it’ll be hoped she finds consistency and capitalizes on this strong start she has had, leading the scoring.
Sophie Ecclestone
The 24-year-old left-arm off-spinner, with 77 ODIs under her belt, has claimed 113 wickets, including the best of 4/18, at an average of 14.93 and an economy rate of 5.87, while also being more than handy with the bat. In the ongoing RHFT season, Sophie has added runs to the tally, while she has kicked off her campaign with consecutive 3-fers, 3/40 and 3/16. She’ll be banked upon for the goods.
