Arlene Nora Kelly is an Irish cricketer representing Dragons and Ireland. Hailing from Auckland, New Zealand, with Irish lineage, she made her mark playing for Auckland Hearts from 2012 to 2023. Kelly also played for Kent Cricket in 2018 as an overseas player before joining Dragons for the 2022 season to play in the Arachas Super 20 Trophy and the 2022 Arachas Super 50 Cup. In May 2022, Kelly’s talent earned her a spot in Ireland’s Women’s One Day International (WODI) and Women’s Twenty20 International (WT20I) squads against South Africa. In her WT20I debut on June 3, 2022, she showcased her skills with two wickets, aiding Ireland’s victory. She continued her success in WODI, debuting on June 11, 2022.

Kelly has amassed 210 runs in 15 innings in One Day Internationals, with a high score of 34. Additionally, she has taken 22 wickets in 18 innings, including two 4-fers. In Twenty20 Internationals, Kelly has accumulated 89 runs across 16 innings. Impressively, she has claimed 40 wickets in 32 innings, with her best bowling figures being 5 wickets for just 12 runs.
