Yasmeen was brilliant for the side in their recent series against the United Arab Emirates, adding 194 runs to the tally from 6 outings, and will be relied upon to post big scores.

Kayleen Green

The 25-year-old all-rounder, in T20Is, in 57 batting outings, has put on 712 runs and picked up 62 wickets in 55 outings, maintaining an economy rate of 4.11, with respective bests being 57 and 3/8. During the UAE tour, Kayleen wasn’t required much with the bat but was effective with the ball. She’ll be banked on to deliver the goods both with the bat and ball.

Salome Sunday

The 21-year-old batter, averaging 26.25, has accumulated 709 runs from 39 outings and registered a best of 63. She also has 5 wickets to her name off 6 outings. Nigeria’s most recent outing had come back in June, and Salome, who didn’t have a very good run then, will look to be back amongst runs in this competition.

Rachael Samson

The 21-year-old pacer, in 46 T20I outings, has taken 42 wickets, averaging 15.52, maintaining an economy rate of 4.53, and registering the best of 4/13. Rachael was effective and economical in the June Kwibuka Women’s T20 Tournament and will be trusted to step up for the team yet again.

Pitch:

Entebbe dishes out a balanced center wicket with a slight advantage for bowlers over batters, as evidenced by a modest average score of 110 at the venue. Pace-friendly conditions will see pacers hold an advantage on the track.

The rain on the radar throughout the match duration could play spoilsport, potentially resulting in a washout. The temperature is forecasted to hover around 22°C, with light winds and a humidity level of 83%.
