Players to watch out:
The 18-year-old in 57 Twenty20 International (T20I) outings has scored 996 runs and in 17 bowling innings has bagged 13 scalps. Gisele leads the tournament runs chart with 74 to her name, while also has struck a couple of wickets, in as many outings.
The 23-year-old all-rounder from Uganda, in T20Is, in 39 innings has scored 483 runs, while in 32 bowling innings has struck 33 wickets and has got the best of 4/15. Stephanie has been handy scoring 39 runs and bagging 2 wickets in 2 innings.
The 24-year-old all-rounder from Uganda, in T20Is, in 56 innings has scored 784 runs, including the highest of 103*, and struck 11 wickets in 22 outings. Rita has had a decent start to her campaign contributing 32 runs in a couple of outings.
The 29-year-old left-arm pacer from Nepal in T20Is, in 8 innings has struck 2 wickets, while in her lone outing with the bat, added 12 to the tally. Sonu has had a good campaign in Rwanda thus far having registered 3 wickets in her couple outings.
The 22-yard strip at Gahanga International Cricket Stadium is favorable for bowlers, especially pacers, resulting in an average score of 77. However, once the batters find their rhythm and spend ample time at the crease, they can seamlessly switch gears and score runs more freely.
Despite the overcast conditions, the chances of rain are minimal, and we have a complete game of cricket on our hands. The temperature is expected to hover around 28°C, with light winds and a humidity level of 72%.
