Shweta Sehrawat:
The captain of India A led from the front with a stroke-filled 47 off 28 in her last outing against West Indies. She muscled eight boundaries and a six in her unbeaten innings. She shared an 89-run stand with her opening partner Roshni Kiran to steer her side to a comfortable 10-wicket win.
Sonam Yadav:
The wily left-arm spinner of India A was the pick of the bowlers in her last fixture against West Indies. She scalped 9/3 in four overs, accounting for all three wickets in the 20th over of the innings. Besides being the most successful bowler for her side, she was the most economical one.
Gongadi Trisha:
The right-handed top-order batter of India B top-scored for her team with a brilliant 49 off 38 in her last game against Sri Lanka. She smashed nine boundaries in her entertaining knock. In the process, she stitched a 72-run partnership with Ishwari Savkar for the second wicket. Trisha bowled her full quota of four overs and conceded 14 runs.
Manat Kashyap:
Playing for India B, she wreaked havoc with the ball in her last fixture against Sri Lanka. She claimed 18/4 in four overs, including 12 dot balls. She bowled well inside the powerplay and in the death overs. Three of her four wickets came in the last three overs of the innings. With the bat, she scored 10 off five, including one six.
Pitch
It will be the tournament’s fourth match at the venue, with the third game being played early in the day. Out of the two games played here till November 14, the teams batting first and second have won one game each. Expect batting-friendly conditions. However, the spinners could get some purchase from the wicket.
