Jersey has clinched the Inter-Insular Women’s Twenty20 International (T20I) series against Guernsey with consecutive wins on the opening days’ play, sealing the series with one match still to be played. The 3rd and final T20I of the series will be played at King George V Sports Ground, Castel, on the 25th of June, 2023, at 3:30 PM Indian Standard Time (IST).
Jersey started the series with an emphatic display, securing back-to-back wins over Guernsey in the opening matches. In the first game, Jersey overcame a shaky start at 5 for 76 to post a formidable total of 141/6 and then bowled out Guernsey for 78, clinching a convincing 63-run victory.
