With retentions confirmed in late February and the draft completed, all eight teams of The Hundred (Women’s) have finalized 13 names of their squad of 15 ahead of the forthcoming 4th edition scheduled for July-August 2024. Southern Brave in Women’s Hundred 2024

The defending champions retained their core players including Danni Wyatt, Chloe Tryon, Lauren Bell, Maia Bouchier, Freya Kemp, Georgia Adams, Rhianna Southby, and Mary Taylor. They entered the draft with five slots, including two overseas spots, to fill in price bands of £50,000, £17,500, £14,000 (2), and £11,000.

During the draft, the Brave secured Smriti Mandhana as their first pick and Lauren Cheatle as their final pick for the overseas slots. They also added domestic talents Naomi Dettarni, Kalea Moore, and Tilly Corteen-Coleman.

During the draft, the Phoenix first retained Amy Jones and then signed keeper-batter Richa Ghosh, completing their overseas quota of 3. They further selected Katie Levick, Ailsa Lister, and Chloe Brewer, and surprisingly added a third keeper-batter in Seren Smale.
