Who is Izzy Gaze?

18-year-old, Izzy Gaze is a wicket-keeper-batter from Auckland. A player who makes it to the team as a wicket-keeper who can make handy contributions with the bat. She’s not had a great start to her 2022 with the bat as her personal best is 24. She today received her first international cap and wasn’t required to make contributions with the bat and was good behind the stumps.

Who is Fran Jonas?

18-year-old, Fran Jonas is a left-arm orthodox spinner who on the back of good performances broke into the international team from Auckland early in 2021 for a series against England. In the 5 ODI games, she represented New Zealand she only managed to pick up a couple of wickets but bowled with a good economy of 5.97. In her debut outing, the wicket column again remained empty and also had her economy on the expensive side.

Who is Eden Carson?

20-year-old, off-spinner Eden Carson on the back of excellent performances for Otago Women broke into the international side. She’s had a good year in every possible aspect with wickets and even a fifer to her name at a good economy. Though her international debut hasn’t gone the way she would have wished, having bowled just one over for 10 runs, there’s more in her to offer for New Zealand cricket.
