Rumana Ahmed

The experienced 31-year-old, leg-break bowler has picked up 72 wickets in 77 innings and with the bat has scored 810 runs in 68 innings. She hasn’t been able to make contributions with the bat, but Rumana the bowler is in good form as she’s registered figures of 3/9, 0/7, 2/1 and 3/27.

Inoka Ranaweera

The veteran 36-year-old has picked up 60 wickets in 58 innings with the best figures of 3/9 and in the tournament alone, she’d not started well against India having registered figures of 0/34, but made a strong comeback with figures of 2/7, 1/19 and 2/8.

Pitch :

The 22 dry yards at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium please the spinners and pacers with variations can look to extract enough from the surface. The batters ideally should look to spend some time in the middle and then opt to switch gears in wanting to play aggressive cricket. With that said, a target around the 145 mark should bring to us a good competitive game.

Weather :

If the rain gods don’t stay kind in keeping the rain away, the day could possibly turn out to be a disappointing one as the radar has rains forecasted from early morning hours till early in the evening and the temperature hovers around the late 20s and early 30s.
