After being asked to bat, Thailand Women U19 had a cautious beginning as Thanrada Seesawan looked to settle the innings alongside wicketkeeper Phichamon Darajaroen. The pair added 13 runs for the opening wicket before Thanrada was bowled by Isabella Sirs for 10 off 18 balls, including a boundary. Thailand suffered another setback at 24/2 when Phichamon managed just 1 off 7 deliveries, dismissed by Ni Komang Sukmayanthi Kari Putri. However, the innings found stability through a promising 13-run third-wicket partnership between Aphisara Suwanchonrathi and captain Koranit Suwanchonrathi. Koranit struck a brisk 7 from 7 balls before falling to Ni Komang, leaving Thailand at 37/3.

The responsibility then rested on Aphisara Suwanchonrathi, who played the standout innings of the match. Displaying confidence and excellent shot selection, Aphisara scored 27 off 26 balls, laced with four boundaries, keeping the scoreboard moving despite regular wickets around her. She stitched together a valuable stand with Patcharaporn Sorntha, who contributed 12 off 24 deliveries, as Thailand gradually rebuilt after the early losses. The pair guided Thailand past the halfway stage before Aphisara was dismissed at 67/4, giving Indonesia a crucial breakthrough.

Indonesia continued to fight back brilliantly during the middle overs. Patcharaporn was run out for 12, while Chanoknan Phanao departed for a first-ball duck after being caught by Gusti Ayu Agung Maia Arsita Wati off Derni Rambu Bangi, reducing Thailand to 69/6. Kesinee Kaewjumphol also failed to score, falling two balls later to Derni, and suddenly Thailand were reeling at 69/7.

Despite the collapse, Arrikan Phuengkho remained calm at one end and produced a composed unbeaten 14 off 17 balls. She received useful support from Pattamawadee Suriya, who added 14 off 14 deliveries, helping Thailand add crucial late runs through an important lower-order partnership. Pattamawadee was run out in the penultimate over, while Phonphimon Khongdee chipped in with 3 off 4 balls before becoming the final wicket at 101/9. Thailand also benefited from 13 extras, which proved valuable in lifting the innings beyond the 100-run mark.

Indonesia’s bowlers delivered an impressive effort to keep Thailand under control for most of the innings. Isabella Sirs was the standout performer with 3 wickets for 16 runs in her four overs, removing key batters at important stages. Ni Komang Sukmayanthi Kari Putri supported her brilliantly with figures of 2/23, dismissing both Phichamon Darajaroen and captain Koranit Suwanchonrathi. Derni Rambu Bangi produced an economical spell of 2/11 in four overs, striking twice in quick succession to trigger Thailand’s middle-order collapse. Although Ni Kadek Dwi Aprillia Putri remained wicketless with 0/16 from four overs, she maintained tight control, while Anace Elna Elizabeth (0/17 in two overs) and Intan Berlian (0/17 in two overs) also contributed with disciplined spells.

Chasing 102 for victory, Indonesia Women U19 struggled from the outset against Thailand’s disciplined bowling attack. Wicketkeeper Ni Putu Elyn Novita Dewi was trapped lbw by Kewarin Saechao for 1, with only 2 runs added for the opening wicket alongside Meutia Diaz Sanjoyo. Meutia then combined with Hilva Nuraulia Siami Lukman for Indonesia’s best partnership of the innings, adding 13 runs, before Hilva fell for 5. Meutia scored 8 off 10 balls, including a boundary, but was run out, leaving Indonesia at 15/2.

Indonesia continued to lose wickets at regular intervals. Anace Elna Elizabeth made 5 off 9 balls before being caught by Phichamon Darajaroen off Phonphimon Khongdee. Ni Kadek Dwi Aprillia Putri scored 3, while Ni Komang Sukmayanthi Kari Putri added 5. Derni Rambu Bangi was run out for 2, and Putu Sintha Cahayani contributed 6 from 16 balls before another sharp piece of fielding produced another run-out. The only batter to offer real resistance was Gusti Ayu Agung Maia Arsita Wati, who top-scored with 15 off 15 balls, striking two boundaries. Intan Berlian managed 3, while Isabella Sirs remained unbeaten on 4 off 16 balls as Indonesia finished on 70/10, with 11 extras added to their total.

Thailand’s bowling unit once again displayed remarkable discipline. Kesinee Kaewjumphol and Phonphimon Khongdee shared the honours with 2 wickets each, returning figures of 2/13 and an outstanding 2/9 respectively. Kewarin Saechao struck early with 1/21, Patcharaporn Sorntha claimed 1/12, while captain Koranit Suwanchonrathi bowled a miserly spell of 1/1 from two overs, applying immense pressure in the middle overs. Pattamawadee Suriya remained wicketless but kept things tidy with 0/11 in two overs. Thailand’s fielding also proved decisive, producing multiple run-outs that prevented Indonesia from building any meaningful partnerships.

With this convincing 31-run victory, Thailand Women U19 confirmed qualification for the next stage of the ACC Women’s U19 Premier Cup 2026. Aphisara Suwanchonrathi’s fluent 27, Arrikan Phuengkho’s calm finish, and a collective bowling performance led by Kesinee Kaewjumphol and Phonphimon Khongdee ensured Thailand dominated the contest. For Indonesia Women U19, Isabella Sirs and Derni Rambu Bangi impressed with the ball, but their batting lineup failed to build substantial partnerships, allowing Thailand to secure a thoroughly finals spot win in the ACC Women’s U19 Premier Cup 2026.
