Chasing a challenging total of 164, the Malaysian batting lineup succumbed to the scoreboard pressure as most of the batters were unable to get to terms with the conditions on offer. As a result, they were restricted to 112/9 in their quota of 20 overs, falling 51 runs short of the target.
