Women’s Player of the Month of November (2024) Nominees:

Danni Wyatt-Hodge

England’s dynamic opener, Wyatt-Hodge was the driving force behind her team’s dominant 3-0 T20I series victory over South Africa. She amassed 142 runs at an impressive average of 71, scoring at a blistering strike rate of 163.21. After a quiet start with just 11 runs in the series opener, Wyatt-Hodge roared back with a match-winning 78 in the second game, followed by an unbeaten 53 in the final T20I. Her consistent brilliance ensured England cruised to emphatic victories.

Nadine de Klerk

South Africa’s star all-rounder was the standout performer for her team during their T20I series against England. With both bat and ball, she delivered match-defining contributions, scoring 80 runs at an exceptional average of 80 and a strike rate of 135.59. In addition, she topped the wicket charts with four scalps. Her unbeaten 29 and 2/20 in the series opener set the tone for the series, while her composed 32* and two wickets in the second game underscored her importance to the side.

Sharmin Akhter

The cornerstone of Bangladesh’s batting line-up, Sharmin played a pivotal role in their ODI series triumph over Ireland. Across two matches, the right-hander amassed 139 runs at an average of 69.50 and a strike rate of 91.44. Her outstanding knock of 96 in the opening match laid the foundation for a commanding 154-run win, and she followed it with a solid 43 in the second ODI to help Bangladesh secure the series.
