She not only completed her 150 international matches but by dismissing Hasini Perera as her second wicket in the first ODI, she also achieved the milestone of 150 international wickets for West Indies.

Fletcher played her first international match at the age of 21. Since then, she has consistently shown her class as a quality leg-break bowler. As of now, she has played a total of 150 international matches with incredible statistics. She has taken a total of 150 wickets, while in batting she has scored 504 runs in the white-ball format.

In ODIs, Afy Fletcher made her international debut on 29 June 2008 against Ireland Women during the West Indies tour of Ireland in Dublin. She showcased her incredible bowling skills, claiming her best figures to date by taking 4 wickets for 22 runs in 9 overs at an impressive economy rate of 2.44. Fletcher made her mark at the international level by performing exceptionally in her first international match. To date, she has played 71 ODI matches in which she has taken 85 wickets at an economy rate of 4.04. In batting, she has contributed 329 runs at a strike rate of 43.86.

In T20s, Fletcher made her international debut on 1 July 2008 against the Netherlands during the West Indies tour of the Netherlands in Utrecht. In her T20 International career, she has played 79 matches, taking 65 wickets at an economy of 5.94 and scoring 175 runs at a strike rate of 43.86. Her best bowling performance came against Sri Lanka on 21 October 2017, where she single-handedly dismantled the Sri Lankan batting lineup, taking 5 wickets for 13 runs in 3.4 overs at an economy of 3.54.

Fletcher was also a part of the 2016 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, where the West Indies Women triumphed over the mighty Australians in the final and won their first-ever ICC Women’s T20 Championship. In that tournament, Fletcher made major contributions for the Women in Maroon by claiming 7 wickets in 6 innings.
