Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has recently unveiled the women’s squad that will be representing the country in the upcoming Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2023. Shortly after revealing the men’s team for the ODI World Cup Qualifiers in Zimbabwe, SLC wasted no time in announcing the 14-member ‘A’ squad for the prestigious tournament, set to commence on June 12 in Hong Kong.

Under the leadership of Sathya Sandeepani, a talented medium-pace all-rounder, the Sri Lankan team is all set to embark on their journey to Hong Kong on June 10, 2023. Assisting Sandeepani in her captaincy duties will be Malsha Shehani, who has been appointed as the vice-captain.
