Joining the Indians in this excitement, Twitter recently launched a global campaign #CricketTwitter under which all the matches played during the upcoming cricket season would have a dedicated event page consisting of popular tweets from teams, players, and experts and will have premium videos from Twitter’s partners along with many more features.

As a part of this, in order to celebrate the HISTORIC Pink ball Test Match which started Today, Twitter rolled out a new Pink Ball Emoji which can be accessed by using #PinkBallTest and #AUSvsIND in multiple languages:#पिंकबॉलटेस्ट (Hindi), #ਪਿੰਕਬਾੱਲਟੈਸਟ (Punjabi), #પિંકબોલટેસ્ટ (Gujarati), #পিঙ্কবলটেস্ট (Bengali), #ଗୋଲାପୀବଲଟେଷ୍ଟ (Odia), #பிங்க்பால்டெஸ்ட் (Tamil), #పింక్ బాల్ టెస్ట్ (Telugu), #ಪಿಂಕ್ ಬಾಲ್ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್ (Kannada), #പിങ്ക്ബോൾടെസ്റ്റ് (Malayalam), #पिंकबॉलटेस्ट (Marathi) and #پنکبولٹیسٹ (Urdu). They have also started an event page dedicated specifically to the match.

It is indeed a historic moment as this one-off day and night test between Indian and Australian women is only the Second Pink Ball Test in the history of Women’s Cricket and the first one for Indian Women. Not only this, both these teams are playing a test match against each other after 15 years. The last time they played was back in 2006.
