Weather conditions

It is a 3 pm (local) start at Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester. The weather looks good throughout the course of the match. There is almost no chance of rain as the weather forecasts show a low chance of precipitation. The average temperature is around 20 degrees Celsius, with a gentle breeze blowing from the west-northwest.

Pitch

This will be the fourth match of the tournament at the venue. Out of the last three matches, one was a washout and one was a rain-curtailed affair. In the two matches that have produced results, teams batting first have won. It is not a very high-scoring venue, so the bowlers will enjoy bowling here, especially the speedsters who have been more successful. The batters on the other hand will have to fight hard to get those runs for their team.
