Shivani Mishra is officiating as umpire in the ICC T20 World Cup Asia Qualifiers in Kuwait. It’s a rare feat as a women to officiate at this level in international men’s cricket. Besides being an umpire Shivani is a coach and a trainer with the Qatar Cricket Association (QCA). She regularly coaches Qatar Women’s Cricket Team and imparts cricket education in various courses run by QCA.
Shivani is Asia’s first and world’s 4th lady umpire to officiate as an umpire in men’s matches at such a huge level.
