Minnu Mani, the all-rounder hailing from Kerala will represent the Delhi Capitals again this season. Since the last WPL season when she had nothing to contribute, the all-rounder has had a few achievements.
In July 2023 she went on to make her debut for the national side against Bangladesh. In the 4 games she has played so far, she has accounted for 5 wickets. She comes into this edition of the WPL on the back of an amazing performance in the Senior Women’s One Day Trophy 2023. In her 8 games in the tournament, Mani scored 246 runs and averaged around 41 with the bat. With the ball in hand, she provided crucial breakthroughs for her side, accounting for 12 wickets and bowled at an average of 16.75. She bowled with great control and hit the right areas, she maintained an economy of 3.79.
In this edition of the WPL, Minnu Mani will be hoping to replicate her domestic performance. The WPL will present her with a chance to learn from the best in the business.
