Jessica Duffin was the highest scorer in the Renegades innings scoring 44 runs.
While chasing the score of 118 the Adelaide Strikers lost two wickets upfront but the experienced Sophie Devine held her own and scored an unbeaten 72 runs off just 45 balls to make sure that her team went on to chase the score without much of a fuss.
While this is an early time in the tournament both the teams would like to stick to their playing eleven. Melbourne Renegades will want to avenge their loss and get some points in front of their name.
