Zay Hua Tan is a left-handed batter who made her debut against Malaysia in 2022. She was dismissed without scoring a run in her first batting appearance. Things couldn’t get easier for the lower middle-order batter after being dismissed for two ducks in her two subsequent matches. She has scored only 25 runs in nine innings for Singapore with a poor strike rate of 37 and an average of only three runs. The left-handed batter last played a match against Malaysia in 2023 after not appearing in the ACC Premier Cup for the side in 2024.
