South African opener Tazmin Brits delivered a masterclass with power-hitting as she scored a scintillating 109-run knock against India in the ongoing women’s tri-series, marking her third ODI century. Known for her aggressive batting, quite for some time she kept the Indian bowling attack on the back foot early. Her intent to make the most in the powerplay came off well against India. With scoring a century in the last match against India, she positions herself as one the top and promising performers.

In the recent innings, Brits was seen frequently hydrating and stretching throughout her innings in the oppressive summer heat. In an interview, she cleared on losing 4 kgs and undergoing several cramps. While considering safety measures, she pushed through and kept through the momentum to save the game.
