Voll’s performances in March 2025 won her the ICC Women’s Player of the Month title, for her dominant show during Australia’s away T20I series against New Zealand. Voll’s outstanding March achievements were the fourth time in a row that an Australian has taken home this distinction. Annabel Sutherland started this trend in December 2024, and Beth Mooney and Alana King followed in January and February, respectively.

With Alyssa Healy sidelined due to injury, Voll seized the opportunity to break into Australia’s ODI squad, making her debut against India in December 2024. She made an immediate impact, finishing as the leading run-scorer of the series with 173 runs from just three matches. Earlier, in January, she had made her T20I debut during the Ashes, where she endured a modest start with scores of 21, 5, and 23 across three innings.

Voll’s rapid rise continued in March when she was drafted into the UP Warriorz squad in the Women’s Premier League as a replacement for Chamari Athapaththu. Voll made an instant impression, scoring 154 runs with a best of 99* and solidifying her reputation as one of the brightest young talents in the game. Her consistent performances ensured she retained her spot in Australia’s T20I squad for the tour of New Zealand from March 21st.

During the T20 International series against New Zealand, Voll demonstrated her aggressive yet calm batting approach. After a quick 50 off 31 balls in Auckland to start the series, she put up a strong 36 off 20 at Mount Maunganui. In Wellington, she put on a spectacular display, scoring a career-high 75 off 57 balls to help Australia defeat the defending T20 World Champions in a series sweep.

Voll, looking back on her incredible adventure, conveyed her gratitude, and said, “Winning this award is certainly a nice way to cap off what’s been an incredible summer for myself and the team. To go to New Zealand and claim that T20 series against the World Champions was the perfect way to end the season. It’s been a whirlwind first summer in the Australian side and I’m excited for what next season holds.”
