A unique mixed-gender Twenty20 exhibition match has been initiated by Royal Challenge Sports Drink. The teams for this match will be made up of players of IPL franchise Royal Challlengers Bangalore and international women cricketers.
The campaign called #ChallengeAccepted is aimed at breaking the gender-based stereotypes and a short video has been released in which the likes of Mithali Raj, Virat Kohli, Harmanpreet Kaur and Veda Krishnamurthy are informing the fans about #NeverBefore event and urging them to support the same. All the star players of India’s women cricketers have uploaded the video on their twitter handle from where the fans can follow the link to vote.
