Georgia Redmayne

Georgia amassed 354 runs at a strike rate of 108.58 last season and warmed up for this campaign by registering scores of 23, 41, 96, 35, and 13 in a recent T20 competition. Though she departed for 11 in this season’s opener, she can be counted on to lead the scoring.

Shikha Pandey

The 35-year-old pacer, from 91 T20 outings, has scalped 70 wickets and recorded the best of 3/14, while also being consistently handy with the bat. Most recently, in her Women’s Caribbean Premier League debut season, Shikha impressed with 90 runs and 4 wickets from 5 outings and was equally outstanding on her WBBL debut, returning figures of 2/14 (4). She can be relied upon to continue this momentum, delivering the goods.

Courtney Webb

The 24-year-old batter, from 68 outings in the WBBL, has accumulated 1153 runs at an average of 21.75 and picked up 10 wickets from 15 innings, with bests of 54* and 3/21. Courtney didn’t find much success last season; however, in a recent T20 competition, she registered consecutive scores of 37, 37, 36, and 39 and carried this momentum into the WBBL with a fine 43. She can be banked upon to capitalize on this form.

Linsey Smith

The 29-year-old left-arm off-spinner, from 23 outings in the WBBL, has struck 18 wickets, maintaining an economy rate of 6.24. Linsey claimed 11 wickets from as many outings in the WBBL last year, at an economy rate of 6.42. Leading up to this campaign, she featured in a couple of World Cup games for England, striking 3 wickets. In this season’s opener, she claimed a wicket but was expensive and should be backed for improved returns.
