The 32-year-old also has a good record in T20s with 103 wickets in 104 WBBL matches and 47 wickets in 47 T20Is. She will be a player to watch out for.
23-year-old Courtney Webb in the 63 WBBL matches she has played, has scored 952 runs at an average of 22.67. She was also brilliant in the Renegades’ last game against the Strikers scoring an unbeaten 49. She played at a strike rate of 144.11 and hit 6 fours. The team will be expecting a good performance from her in this game.
All-rounder Sammy Johnson can be a game-changer for the Sydney Thunder. In 104 matches she has taken 94 wickets at an economy of 6.9 and has scored 805 runs. She was brilliant in the last game against the Sixers taking 2 wickets for 23 runs at an economy of 5.75. She will be a player to watch out for.
Player of the Match in the previous game, Chamari Athapaththu will be a player to watch out for. The Sri Lankan captain has amassed 511 runs in 36 WBBL matches and has taken 4 wickets. She was exceptional in the game against the Sixers scoring 52 runs at a strike rate of 133.33 and taking 3 wickets for 20 runs at an economy of 5. The Thunder will be hoping that she continues her good form.
