Players to watch out:

Tammy Beaumont

The 32-year-old opening batter, from 103 ODI innings, has amassed 3,734 runs at an average of 39.72, with a highest score of 168*. Tammy hasn’t scored big runs of late, but she has consistently managed starts, registering scores of 25 and 41 in her two 50-over outings this domestic season. She is an experienced campaigner and can be counted on to convert her starts.

Charlie Dean

The 23-year-old bowling all-rounder, from 28 ODI outings, has scalped 52 wickets, maintaining an economy rate of 4.57, while also adding 276 runs from 20 innings, with bests of 47 and 5/31. Charlie didn’t find much success in the T20I series against Pakistan, returning figures of 1/29, 0/16, and 1/46, and will be backed to find her rhythm and lead the wickets tally in the ODIs.

Sadaf Shamas

The 25-year-old top-order batter, from 11 ODI innings, has accumulated 214 runs, including a highest of 72, at an average of 19.45. Sadaf scored plenty of runs in recent domestic matches, though not internationally yet, she kicked off this tour of England with a solid 35, but her subsequent scores read 0 and 6. It will be hoped that she finds her footing and contributes significantly.

Waheeda Akhtar

The 29-year-old pacer has played only a handful of international games and, on her ODI debut, returned figures of 1/34 (5) against South Africa last year. Waheeda has been in notable form in this series, producing figures of 2/20 (4), 1/31 (3), and 0/39 (4). Given her current form, she can be relied upon for breakthroughs.
