Players to watch out:

Fahima Khatun

The 31-year-old bowling all-rounder has bagged 17 wickets from 27 bowling innings and contributed 154 runs from 24 batting innings. Fahima has been excellent in this series, making valuable contributions with both the bat and ball. In a couple of outings with the bat, she has recorded scores of 18 and 16, while producing bowling figures of 1/15 and 1/36.

Rabeya Khan

The 18-year-old leg-spinner has scalped 8 wickets in 6 innings, maintaining an economy rate of 3.88. Rabeya is a highly promising bowler. Following a decent 3-wicket Twenty20 International (T20I) series and going wicketless in the ODI opener this series, Rabeya was back among wickets with a 3-fer (3/24) in her most recent outing. The team will bank on her to produce another significant spell, riding on the momentum.

Sidra Amin

The 31-year-old opening batter averages 26.34 in the format and has scored 1449 runs, including the highest of 176*, from 57 outings. Sidra departed cheaply for 7 in the ODI opener but spent sufficient time in the middle during the 2nd ODI, scoring 22 runs. It’ll be expected of the veteran batter to capitalize on the start she managed in her most recent innings and notch up a significant score in the series decider.

Nashra Sundhu

The 25-year-old spinner has taken 76 wickets in 58 bowling outings, with the best being 4/26, maintaining an economy rate of 4.25. Nashra picked up a wicket in each of her outings during the 3 T20Is, and following an outstanding 0/22 (5) in the ODI series opener, produced figures of 2/27 in her most recent outing. She’s the in-form bowler, and the side will rely on her to win the game.

Pitch:

The slow-natured center wicket at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka, poses a challenge for batters to score with ease, and the modest average score of 157 at this venue attests to this fact. Bowlers, particularly spinners, play a crucial role in dictating the game’s outcome.

Weather:

With sunny skies and a minimal chance of rain, the conditions are ideal for a complete game of cricket in Dhaka. The temperature is expected to hover around 30°C, with light winds and humidity of 56%.
