SECOND WIN IN A ROW MAKES UAE TOP THE POINTS TABLE!
UAE women won the toss and chose to bat first. Contributions from Esha Rohit and Kavisha Egodage helped UAE to set a good target of 146 runs. Amna Sharif Tariq took 2 wickets and Maria Jasvi and Mariamma hyder took 1 wicket each. After losing their first match to Malaysia, Kuwait could not do wonders in the second match either as the team could not survive full overs and were all out for 59 in 16.2 overs. Chamani Seneviratne took 5 wickets and won the title of Player of the Match. Captain Humaira Tasneem took 2 wickets. UAE won the match by 86 runs and now tops the points table with two wins.
