The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 continues with an exciting Group 2 match between New Zealand Women and West Indies Women at The Rose Bowl, Southampton, on June 13. Both teams will be aiming to begin their campaign with a win and collect important early points.

New Zealand Women have had the better results against West Indies Women in T20Is. The two teams have met 24 times, with New Zealand winning 16 matches, West Indies winning five, while two games ended in ties and one no result.
The recent record is also in New Zealand’s favour. The White Ferns won four of the five matches played during their 2022 T20I series in the Caribbean and followed it up with an eight-run win over West Indies at the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 in Sharjah.
West Indies have managed only one victory in their last six completed T20Is against New Zealand. Even so, they have enough experienced players in the squad to challenge any team on their day.
