Thailand U19 produced one of the most complete performances of the ACC Women’s U19 Premier Cup 2026, brushing aside Myanmar U19 by a massive 121-run margin at the YSD UKM Oval in Bangi.

After recovering from an early stumble to post a competitive 145/7, Thailand’s disciplined bowling attack dismantled Myanmar for just 24 in 18.4 overs, with Player of the Match Aphisara Suwanchonrathi starring with a composed half-century.
After Myanmar chose to field, Thailand endured a shaky start as both openers were back in the pavilion inside the first three overs. Wicketkeeper Phichamon Darajaroen managed 3(5), while Arrikan Phuengkho added 5(12), leaving Thailand at 11/2. Aphisara Suwanchonrathi then steadied the innings with a mature knock that balanced caution with timely aggression.
She first rebuilt alongside Patcharaporn Sorntha, who contributed 9(12), before adding another useful partnership with Thanrada Seesawan, who chipped in with 9(10). With the innings stabilised, Aphisara found support from captain Koranit Suwanchonrathi, whose brisk 14(14) ensured Thailand maintained momentum through the middle overs.
Aphisara anchored the innings superbly, striking five boundaries during her 58(49), which proved to be the defining knock of the match. Although Chanoknan Phanao fell for 0(1), Thailand finished strongly through unbeaten contributions from Kesinee Kaewjumphol, who scored 13*(14), and Pattamawadee Suriya, who added 9*(7). An additional 25 runs in extras including 16 wides and four no-balls also boosted Thailand’s total as they closed on 145/7 from their 20 overs.
Myanmar’s bowling effort saw wickets shared across the attack despite the challenging conditions. Wathon Nadi and Htet Htet Swe picked up two wickets each, returning figures of 2/28 and 2/25 respectively, while Naw Bway Law Saw (1/14), Ei Yadanar Htun (1/20) and Phoo Phoo Moe (1/12) also found success.
If Thailand’s batting had put them in command, their bowlers ensured there would be no way back for Myanmar. Pattamawadee Suriya struck twice in the opening over, removing Htet Htet Swe 0(3) and captain Aye Myat Noe 0(3), before Kesinee Kaewjumphol dismissed May Thu Kha 0(3) and Wathon Nadi 2(11) to leave Myanmar reeling at 5/4.
The collapse continued as Naw Bway Law Saw was run out for 3(19), while Phoo Phoo Moe fought briefly with 9(26), the highest score of the innings. Myat Hsu Mon managed 1(25), Yoon Pan Thazin Aung was run out for 0(2), and Khin Hnin Htwe contributed 7(17) before becoming Koranit’s only wicket.
With Myanmar already staring at defeat, Patcharaporn Sorntha polished off the tail by dismissing Phoo Phoo Moe and wicketkeeper Phyu Zin Aye for 0(1). Ei Yadanar Htun remained unbeaten on 0(2) as Myanmar were bowled out for 24.
Thailand’s bowling figures highlighted the collective nature of the performance. Patcharaporn Sorntha finished with 3/9 in 3.4 overs to wrap up the innings, Pattamawadee Suriya struck early to return exceptional figures of 2/2 from two overs, while Kesinee Kaewjumphol claimed 2/3. Captain Koranit Suwanchonrathi chipped in with 1/4.
After weathering an early setback with the bat, Thailand dominated every phase of the contest. Aphisara’s match-winning fifty gave them the platform they needed before a ruthless and disciplined bowling performance ensured Myanmar never threatened the target, sealing an emphatic 121-run victory and strengthening Thailand’s campaign early on in the tournament.
