Indonesia Women produced a disciplined all-round performance to outclass Oman Women by 113 runs in the fourth quarter-final of the ACC Women’s Premier Cup 2026 at Bangi. After opting to bat first, Indonesia recovered from early setbacks through a series of useful partnerships before their bowlers dismantled Oman’s batting lineup in a one-sided contest that showcased clinical cricket in every department.

Indonesia’s innings began on a shaky note as Rahmawati Pangestuti was dismissed for just 1 with the score at 1/3, giving Oman the perfect start. The pressure increased further when Desi Wulandari managed only 2 runs, leaving Indonesia struggling at 4/2 inside two overs. Oman’s bowlers maintained tight lines and looked set to dominate the contest during the powerplay.

The momentum shifted when Ni Luh Dewi counter-attacked aggressively. She stitched together a 30-run partnership with skipper Ni Putu Ayu Nanda Sakarini, helping Indonesia recover from the early collapse. Dewi played with remarkable intent, smashing 20 off just 11 balls with three boundaries, before being run out at 34/3 in the fifth over. Her cameo injected much-needed momentum into the innings and laid the platform for the middle order.

Captain Ni Putu Ayu Nanda Sakarini then anchored the innings beautifully. She added 38 runs alongside Kisi Kasse, who contributed 14 from 22 deliveries, before the latter departed with the score at 72/4. Sakarini continued to rotate the strike effectively and found another valuable partner in Ni Kadek Fitria Rada Rani. The duo produced a 39-run stand, taking Indonesia into a commanding position before Rada Rani fell for 18 off 17 balls after striking two boundaries.

With wickets falling around her, Sakarini held one end firmly and finished with an important 51 off 49 deliveries, including five fours, before being run out in the nineteenth over. Her composed half-century formed the backbone of Indonesia’s innings. In the closing overs, Ni Made Putri Suwandewi provided the late flourish with an unbeaten 23 from only 13 balls, striking at over 176, while Sang Maypriani remained unbeaten at the other end as Indonesia closed their 20 overs on 137/7, with 8 extras further boosting the total.

Oman’s bowling effort had its moments despite the final result. Priyanka Mendonca was the pick of the attack with 2 wickets for 32 runs in her four overs, while Amanda Dcosta and Fiza Javed claimed one wicket each. Alifiya Sayed, Sushanthika Sathiya, and Jayadhanyha Gunasekar bowled economically during phases but found it difficult to stop Indonesia’s middle-order recovery and late acceleration.

Chasing 138, Oman’s innings never gained momentum as Indonesia’s bowlers struck from the very first over. Jayadhanyha Gunasekar was dismissed for a duck before Nitiya Joshi and Fiza Javed also fell without scoring, reducing Oman to 4/3 inside the opening over. Captain Priyanka Mendonca could add only 1, while Amanda Dcosta’s 2 failed to stabilize the innings as Oman slipped to 6/4.

The collapse continued as Javed Hina scored 4, Sushanthika Sathiya made 1, and Sameera Khan managed only 1, with wickets falling at regular intervals. Lujaina battled for 12 runs from 12 balls, briefly resisting alongside Cynthia Saldanha, but the pair could not revive the chase. Alifiya Sayed contributed 1, while Oman’s total was boosted mainly by 14 extras, eventually being bowled out for just 24 in 11.5 overs, suffering one of their heaviest defeats in the competition.

Lie Qiao provided excellent support with 2 wickets for 6 runs, while Sang Maypriani produced an exceptional spell of 2 wickets for just 1 run in 2.5 overs. Derni Bangi also chipped in with 1 wicket for 2 runs, ensuring Oman never had an opportunity to recover.
