The third T20I proved to be the turning point. Oman produced their most dominant performance of the tour, scoring 155 for 6 and then putting on a clinical bowling display to restrict Qatar to just 114 for 5. The 41-run win not only underlined Oman’s all-round strength but also sealed the series.
