With the white ball series completed, where Australia A dominated the T20s with a 3-0 win and India A fought hard in the One Days to register a 1-2 win, the focus now shifts on the only red-ball game, from 21st August to 24th August from 05:00 AM IST onwards at the Allan Border Field in Brisbane.

In the three T20s, Australia A won the first match by 13 runs, second by 114 runs and third by 4 runs, hence handing them a win by 3-0. Sianna Ginger and Prema Rawat were the joint leading wicket takers with 7 wickets from 3 matches, while Alyssa Healy (not a part of the red-ball game) with 124 runs was the leading run scorer.
In the three One Days, India A won the first two matches while Australia A won the last game, hence India A winning the series by a 1-2 margin. Alyssa Healy with 242 runs was once again the leading run scorer with Ella Hayward leading the wicket charts with 6 wickets.

Players to watch out:
Sianna Ginger
The 20-year-old quick has been a standout performer across formats in this series. In the T20 leg, she produced fiery spells of 2/26, 1/14 and 4/16, consistently troubling Indian batters with her pace and accuracy. She carried that form into the One Dayers with returns of 1/37 and 2/50, making her Australia A’s most reliable strike bowler. With her ability to extract bounce and maintain discipline in longer formats, Ginger will be a real threat in the four-day game.
Anika Learoyd
At just 23, Learoyd has shown remarkable temperament and class with the bat. She was among the most consistent batters in the white-ball series, scoring 50*, 35 and 22 in the T20s before producing an important knock of 92* in the first One Day game. Her ability to absorb pressure, build innings, convert starts into substantial scores, and also provide breakthroughs, makes her crucial in red-ball cricket.
Radha Yadav
The India A skipper has been inspirational both as a leader and as an all-rounder. Recently rewarded with her maiden ODI World Cup call-up, Radha has shown her all-round pedigree in this tour. In the T20s, she contributed with a fighting 26* in the 1st game, followed by 2/35 and 3/31 in the next two. In the One Day games, she combined useful batting efforts (19, 60, 18) with consistent wicket-taking spells (3/45, 1/56, 1/42). Her left-arm spin could play a decisive role on the Brisbane track, while her batting provides depth in the middle order.
Tanuja Kanwar
Kanwar was one of the heroes of India A’s memorable chase in the second One Day. After taking 1/40 with the ball, she held her nerve to craft a composed 50 off 57 balls, rescuing India from 157/6 and stitching a match-defining partnership with Prema Rawat. A reliable left-arm spinner and a capable lower-order batter, Kanwar’s dual skills are tailor-made for red-ball cricket where patience and discipline matter.
Pitch:
The Allan Border Field surface promises a fair contest between bat and ball. While stroke-makers can score freely once set, spinners often find grip and purchase if they bowl with discipline.
Weather:
Brisbane should offer pleasant playing conditions though light rain is expected, and temperatures around 20°C. With 80% chance of rain and 89% humidity, interruptions are possible.
