We witnessed some outstanding matches and some excellent performance in the recently concluded Kia Super League that went on from 6th August to 1st September, with Western storm taking away the title of Champions let’s have a look at some record breaking performances, and at the players who scribbled their names in the books of the league this year

Player of the tournament: Danielle Wyatt (Southern Vipers)
– One century
– Four Fifties
Most runs: Danielle Wyatt (Southern Vipers) − 466 runs in 11 innings (12 matches)
Most Wickets: Freya Davies (Western Storm) − 19 wickets in 11 innings (11 matches)
Most Catches: Jemimah Rodrigues (Yorkshire Diamonds) − 9
Most Sixes: Danielle Wyatt (Southern Vipers) – 18
Top Score by an individual: Jemimah Rodrigues (Yorkshire Diamonds) − 112* (58) vs Southern Vipers
Best Bowling figures by an individual: Leigh Kasperek (Yorkshire Diamonds) − 4/16 (4 overs) vs Southern Vipers

As much as we hate to say this, we don’t have an option this was the fourth and final season of the Kia Super League and we enjoyed it as much as we always do!
