Chedean Nation
The 37-year-old keeper-batter in the Blaze managed only 61 runs and scalped 3 wickets from 4 outings last edition. Fresh off a 192-run 2024 Super50 Cup season, Chedean has been in fine form with the bat and will be counted on to capitalize on this form. With her part-time spin, she can be handy with the ball.
Vanessa Watts
The 36-year-old off-spinner didn’t find much success in the Blaze last summer, taking only 3 wickets from 4 innings. However, Vanessa has had a notable start to this domestic season, taking 9 wickets from 5 Super50 Cup outings. It’ll be hoped she makes the most of this form, continuing to produce breakthroughs.
Jannelia Glasgow
The 20-year-old all-rounder in the 2023 Blaze accumulated only 74 runs and struck 1 wicket from 5 appearances last year; however, she has had a standout 2024 season this far. In the recently concluded Super50 Cup, she amassed 170 runs from 5 outings, and she’ll be relied upon for the goods even in the shortest format.
Qiana Joseph
The 23-year-old all-rounder was a standout for the team last summer, scoring 112 runs and claiming 4 wickets from 5 Blaze games. Qiana has had a decent start to her 2024 domestic campaign, claiming 8 wickets from 5 One Dayers, while big runs off her blade are awaited. She’ll be backed to step up with all-round performances.
Pitch:
The 22 yards at Warner Park offers a slow track that poses challenges for batters and provides an advantage to spinners. The average score of 115 indicates the demanding conditions and the need for careful batting on this pitch.

Basseterre promises ideal conditions for a complete game of cricket with partly cloudy skies overhead. The temperature is expected to hover around 29°C with light winds and a humidity level of 86%.
