The second edition of the Women’s Premier League is set to make a comeback in 2024, following the player auction.
The window for the five franchises to retain players closed on October 15, with 60 players retained and 29 released. The player auction, held on December 9, filled the remaining 40 slots.
Currently, each squad can have between 15 and 18 players within their respective purses. A squad can include six overseas players, but only five can play in a matchday XI, with one being from an associate nation.
